आवेदन, भुगतान एवं रद्दीकरण से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी। / Important information regarding application, payment and cancellation.
आवेदन रद्दीकरण / Application Cancellation
आवेदन जमा करने के बाद उसे रद्द करने या वापस लेने का अनुरोध संबंधित नियमों एवं लागू शर्तों के अनुसार स्वीकार किया जा सकता है।
A request to cancel or withdraw an application after submission may be considered subject to the applicable rules and terms of the scheme.
भुगतान / Payment
आवेदन या प्लॉट से संबंधित भुगतान निर्धारित भुगतान योजना एवं लागू नियमों के अनुसार किया जाना आवश्यक है।
Payments related to the application or plot must be made according to the applicable payment schedule and scheme terms.
धनवापसी की पात्रता / Refund Eligibility
किसी भी भुगतान की धनवापसी, यदि लागू हो, तो योजना के नियमों, आवेदन की स्थिति तथा संबंधित दस्तावेज़ों के सत्यापन के आधार पर निर्धारित की जाएगी।
Any refund, where applicable, shall be determined based on the scheme rules, application status and verification of the relevant documents.
गैर-वापसी योग्य राशि / Non-Refundable Amount
यदि किसी विशेष शुल्क या राशि को योजना के लागू नियमों के अनुसार गैर-वापसी योग्य घोषित किया गया है, तो ऐसी राशि वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
Any fee or amount specifically designated as non-refundable under the applicable scheme rules shall not be eligible for refund.
धनवापसी प्रक्रिया / Refund Process
स्वीकृत धनवापसी की राशि, लागू प्रक्रिया एवं सत्यापन पूरा होने के बाद आवेदक द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए बैंक खाते में वापस की जा सकती है।
Where a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount may be processed and credited to the bank account provided by the applicant after completion of the required verification and process.
बैंक विवरण / Bank Details
धनवापसी के लिए प्रदान किए गए बैंक खाते का विवरण सही एवं आवेदक के नाम से संबंधित होना चाहिए। गलत या अपूर्ण बैंक विवरण के कारण होने वाली देरी के लिए अतिरिक्त सत्यापन आवश्यक हो सकता है।
Bank account details provided for a refund must be accurate and associated with the applicant. Incorrect or incomplete bank details may require additional verification and may cause delays.
अतिरिक्त या डुप्लीकेट भुगतान / Duplicate Payment
यदि किसी तकनीकी कारण से एक ही आवेदन के लिए एक से अधिक बार भुगतान हो जाता है, तो अतिरिक्त भुगतान की समीक्षा एवं सत्यापन के बाद लागू प्रक्रिया के अनुसार निपटारा किया जाएगा।
If a payment is made more than once for the same application due to a technical issue, the additional payment shall be reviewed and processed according to the applicable procedure after verification.
असफल भुगतान / Failed Payment
यदि भुगतान असफल दिखाई देता है लेकिन राशि बैंक खाते से कट गई है, तो लेनदेन की पुष्टि के बाद संबंधित राशि के निपटारे की प्रक्रिया की जाएगी।
If a payment appears unsuccessful but the amount has been debited from the bank account, the transaction will be reviewed and the applicable resolution process will be followed after confirmation.
आवंटन रद्दीकरण / Allotment Cancellation
यदि किसी कारण से प्लॉट का आवंटन रद्द किया जाता है, तो भुगतान एवं धनवापसी का निपटारा योजना के लागू नियमों एवं संबंधित शर्तों के अनुसार किया जाएगा।
If a plot allotment is cancelled for any reason, payments and refunds shall be settled in accordance with the applicable scheme rules and terms.
प्रक्रिया में लगने वाला समय / Processing Time
धनवापसी या रद्दीकरण अनुरोध को संसाधित करने में आवश्यक सत्यापन एवं प्रशासनिक प्रक्रिया के अनुसार समय लग सकता है।
Refund or cancellation requests may require processing time depending on the necessary verification and administrative procedures.
रद्दीकरण एवं धनवापसी अनुरोध / Cancellation & Refund Request
रद्दीकरण या धनवापसी से संबंधित किसी भी अनुरोध के लिए आवेदक को अपना Application Number एवं आवश्यक विवरण उपलब्ध कराना पड़ सकता है।
For any cancellation or refund request, the applicant may be required to provide the Application Number and other necessary details.
महत्वपूर्ण सूचना / Important Notice
धनवापसी एवं रद्दीकरण का अंतिम निर्णय आवेदन की स्थिति, भुगतान की स्थिति, संबंधित दस्तावेज़ों तथा योजना की लागू शर्तों के आधार पर लिया जाएगा।
Final decisions regarding refunds and cancellations shall depend on the application status, payment status, relevant documents and applicable terms of the scheme.
