सामान्य प्रावधान / General Provisions
यह वेबसाइट प्राधिकरण एवं RERA अनुमोदित प्लॉट योजना से संबंधित जानकारी एवं ऑनलाइन आवेदन की सुविधा प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से संचालित की जाती है।
This website is intended to provide information related to the Authority Approved Plots Yojna and facilitate online application submission.
पात्रता / Eligibility
आवेदक द्वारा आवेदन पत्र में दी गई जानकारी योजना में निर्धारित पात्रता मानदंडों के अनुरूप होनी चाहिए।
The information provided by the applicant must comply with the eligibility criteria applicable to the scheme.
सही जानकारी प्रदान करना / Accurate Information
आवेदक को आवेदन के दौरान अपना नाम, मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल, पहचान संबंधी विवरण तथा अन्य आवश्यक जानकारी सही एवं पूर्ण रूप से प्रदान करनी होगी।
The applicant must provide true, accurate and complete information including name, mobile number, email, identification details and other required information.
Submission of incorrect, incomplete or misleading information may result in review or rejection of the application.
दस्तावेज़ / Documents
आवेदन के साथ अपलोड किए जाने वाले सभी दस्तावेज़ स्पष्ट, वैध एवं आवेदक से संबंधित होने चाहिए।
All documents uploaded with the application must be clear, valid and belong to the applicant.
ऑनलाइन आवेदन / Online Application
ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा करने के बाद आवेदक को प्राप्त Application Number को भविष्य के संदर्भ के लिए सुरक्षित रखना चाहिए।
After submitting the online application, the applicant should keep the Application Number safely for future reference and communication.
भुगतान संबंधी शर्तें / Payment Terms
प्लॉट से संबंधित सभी भुगतान योजना में निर्धारित भुगतान अनुसूची एवं लागू नियमों के अनुसार किए जाने होंगे।
All payments related to the plot shall be made according to the payment schedule and applicable terms of the scheme.
भुगतान संबंधी विवरण आवेदन एवं योजना की लागू शर्तों के अनुसार निर्धारित होंगे। / Payment details shall be governed by the applicable terms of the scheme and application.
आवेदन की स्थिति / Application Status
आवेदन जमा करना अपने आप में प्लॉट के आवंटन की गारंटी नहीं माना जाएगा। आवेदन का मूल्यांकन एवं आगे की प्रक्रिया योजना के लागू नियमों के अनुसार होगी।
Submission of an application does not by itself guarantee allotment of a plot. The application shall be evaluated and processed according to the applicable scheme rules.
संचार / Communication
आवेदन के दौरान दिए गए मोबाइल नंबर एवं ईमेल पते का उपयोग आवेदन से संबंधित आवश्यक संचार के लिए किया जा सकता है।
The mobile number and email address provided during application may be used for necessary communication related to the application.
वेबसाइट का उपयोग / Website Usage
वेबसाइट का उपयोग केवल वैध एवं अधिकृत उद्देश्यों के लिए किया जाना चाहिए। वेबसाइट की कार्यप्रणाली में अनधिकृत हस्तक्षेप, गलत जानकारी देना या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की जानकारी का अनुचित उपयोग स्वीकार्य नहीं है।
